Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply to pit bull and pit bull mixes.
Limit of 3 pets per home.
There are no size or weight restrictions.
Pet deposit is $400 for 1 pet, $500 for 2 pets, and $600 for 3 pets.
Non-refundable pet fee is $200 for 1, 2, and 3 pets.
Monthly pet rent of $25 will be charged per pet.
